摘要
通过建立力学模型利用公式对QY25汽车起重机新设计的副臂进行强度、稳定性等进行计算,同时通过有限元分析进行校核,使原有副臂得以优化,其分析结果亦可为产品设计提供可靠依据。
The truck crane jib is one of the truck crane main bearing structure. The Jib structure is varied and is under complex stress.Through the establishment of mechanical model, using the formula to carculation strength and stability of the QY25 truck crane jib.At the same time was checked by finite element analysis.The analysis results can provide reliable basis for new product design.
