摘要
采用赛络纺技术生产涤纶/木浆纤维混纺纱,通过合理的工艺设计以及必要的技术措施,纺制出14.8tex 65/35涤纶/木浆纤维赛络纺针织纱,并针对赛络纺的加工特点,利用正交试验设计对细纱工序的喇叭口规格、钳口隔距块以及设计捻系数等工艺参数进行优选,最终确定细纱工序的最佳工艺为喇叭口间距4 mm、钳口隔距3.0 mm和设计捻系数330。
The 14.8tex 65/35 polyester/wood pulp fiber knitting yarn was Sirospun by selecting rational process design and technical measures. According to the processing characters of Sirospun yarn, parameters including bell specification, nip gauge block and twist factor design were optimized through orthogonal test. The final optimized data of 4mm of bell specification, 3mm of nip gauge block and 330 of twist factor were thus determined.
