摘要 为了降低29.2 tex 40/40/20牛奶蛋白纤维/芦荟粘胶纤维/棉机织纱的生产成本,并提高成纱质量,分析了芦荟粘胶纤维和牛奶蛋白纤维的性能特点。针对牛奶蛋白纤维易产生静电的缺点,生产中对其进行了抗静电处理。探讨了各工序具体采取的工艺措施。选取捻系数、摇架压力、摇架前冲3个因子设计正交试验方案优选细纱工艺,通过理论分析得出最优工艺。生产实践表明,牛奶蛋白纤维/芦荟粘胶纤维/棉混纺纱具有优良的综合性能,符合市场需求,具有广阔的开发前景。 In order to reduce the production cost of 29.2tex 40/40/20 milk protein fiber/Aloe Viscose fiber/cotton woven yarn and improve the yarn quality, the performances of Aloe Viscose and milk protein fibers were analyzed with antistatic treatment of milk protein fiber followed and specific processing measures in each process discussed. Three factors of twist factor, cradle pressure and cradle tbrward movement(mm) were designed for orthogonal test to optimize the spinning technology. Production practice shows that the Aloe Viscose/milk protein/cotton blended yarn has broad development and market prospects due to its excellent comprehensive performances.
