摘要
应用正交试验方案,以氯化钠改性的钠基膨润土为原料,十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱作强化剂,硅酸钠作助剂,硫酸钠作填料,并加入乙二胺四乙酸二钠和香精、色素等,研制出一种粉末状的织物柔软剂,测定了其在水中的pH值和分散稳定性以及洗涤处理后织物的柔软性、再润湿性、抗静电性和白度。结果表明:上述指标均达到或接近目前市售织物柔软剂的水平。
A powder type of bentonite fabric softener was developed by the orthogonal experiment with modified bentonite as raw material, dodecyl dimethyl betaine as fortifier, sodium silicate as auxiliary, sodium sulfate as filler, and adding disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid, fragrance and cohmring. Its pH value and dispersion stability in the water as well as the softness, rewettability, antistatic; property, whiteness of the fabric after its washing treatment were determined. The result shows that all the above tested indexes are at or near the level of the current commercially available fabric softeners.
