摘要
采用理论分析与试验研究相结合的方法,分别探讨了振动压路机和轮胎压路机的压实特性。结果表明:振动压路机具有压实效率高,压实度增长快和压实深度衰减小的特点;轮胎压路机压实效率低,但具有消除铺层表面裂缝,使表面致密的作用。因此,进行混合料碾压时,采用组合碾压工艺,可以得到较高的路面压实度和较好的路面封水效果。
Combined with theory and test, the compaction characteristics of vibratory roller and tire roller were analyzed respectively. The results show that vibratory roller has the characteristics of high compaction efficiency, fast-growing degree of compaction and low degree of compaction depth attenuation; although the efficiency of tire roller is low, it is capable of eliminating laminate surface cracks and making surface dense. Therefore, compacting mixture with both types of rollers can achieve higher compaction degree and better water sealing effect.
