摘要
针对液压缸传动系统中存在的功率损失和系统发热问题,分析了液压缸速比对液压缸运动速度、进出口流量和换向压力损失的影响规律,提出在液压缸传动系统中采用非对称换向,以减小非对称液压缸收回时的压力损失,提高系统传动效率,减少系统发热。
To deal with power loss and heating of hydraulic cylinder drive system, the influence of hydraulic cylinder's speed ratio on system performance, including the velocity, entrance and exit flow and pressure loss of reversing valve was studied. Asymmetric reversing valve is advised to be used in hydraulic cylinder system, in order to reduce the pressure loss of hydraulic cylinder when withdrawing, increase driving efficiency and decrease heating.
