摘要
运用优化理论和优化设计方法,结合混凝土泵车臂架系统模型,分析了连杆位置对臂架系统油缸大受力的影响;应用ADAMS软件对混凝土臂架模型进行了参数化建模和优化设计,进而求得使油缸大受力小化时的各铰点坐标优解,从而为臂架系统的设计、改进和油缸选型提供了可靠依据。
Combined with the model of boom system of concrete truck, the impact of the position of connecting rod on the maximum oil cylinder force of booms was analyzed with optimization theory and design method. The software ADAMS was applied to build a model for the booms and the design was optimized. The optimal coordinate for each hinge point related to the minimization of maximum force of oil cylinder was obtained, which provides reliable basis for the design, improvement and oil cylinder choosing of boom system.
