摘要
为探讨中风患者行人工髋关节置换术后产生并发症的预防措施。对采用人工髋关节置换术治疗的 15例患者术后 1年内出现并发症的原因进行了分析 ,结果显示疗效满意或比较满意的 14例中术后发生并发症者 9例 ,其中中风复发 1例 ,小腿深静脉血栓形成 2例 ,异位骨化 2例 ,髋痛 3例 ,股骨干骨折 1例。认为中风患者行髋关节置换手术并发症多 ,医患双方重视 ,积极应用中医药防治手段 。
In order to study the cause and prevention of complications following hip joint displacement in apoplexy patients,15 cases of the disease were treated to advance the measures for prevention.The results showed that 14 cases obtained satisfactory effects in a year.Complications occurred in 9 case,in which apoplexy recurred in 1 case,thrombosis of deep vein in legs in 2 cases,heterotopic ossification in 2 cases,coxalgia in 3 cases,fracture of femoral shafts in 1 case.Suggesting that there are many chances of complications after hip joint displacements, doctors and patients should pay attention to them and actively take effective TCM measures,and do rehabilitation exercises to decrease the cccurrence of complications.
