摘要
以机构的工作速度能够尽量均匀平稳为目标,通过改变杆长参数对一种主要用于轮胎模具加工的多槽线切割联动机构进行了优化设计,并利用ADAMS系统仿真分析软件对优化前后的机构进行了运动仿真分析。结果表明:优化后的机构工作冲击减少,工作性能有所改善。
The multi-groove wire cutting linkage mechanism mainly used in tire mold processing was optimized by changing the rob length parameters for the objective of receiving smooth working speed. ADAMS mechanical system simulation analysis software was used to make motion simulation analysis. It is shown that the work performance of the optimized mechanism is improved,the working impact is reduced.
