机床大规模公差设计策略与数字化方法

摘要 针对计算机辅助公差设计的发展状况,提出一种机床大规模公差设计的策略及其实施方案。实施中以误差敏感性分析作为机床公差设计的重要依据,以公差控制效果的数字化预测作为公差检验及调整的具体指导。介绍了机床通用误差模型的建立原理及方法,以平面为例给出了公差数学模型的建立方法及表示形式,并给出了公差控制效果预测方法的示例。 According to the development status of computer aided tolerance design,a strategy and digital method for large-scale tolerance design of machine tool was proposed. In implementation,the error sensitivity analysis was confirmed as important basis of tol-erance design,and the digital forecast of tolerance control effect was regarded as the direct guidance about tolerance inspection and ad-justment. The theory and method of a general error model of machine tool was introduced. Making the plane as an example,the model-ing method and expressing form of mathematical model of tolerance were supplied. A demonstration about forecasting method of toler-ance control effect was given finally.
