摘要 皮带运行时,对皮带跑偏的定量检测具有重要的意义。提出并设计一种基于阵列式光电三极管的皮带跑偏检测系统,有效实现了对皮带跑偏的定量检测。该系统采用阵列式光电三极管作为检测元件,下位机采用STC单片机作为处理核心,上位机人机交互界面使用VB开发,上、下位机之间采用RS485总线进行通信。 The quantitative detection for belt deviation has important significance when the belt is running. A detection system for the belt deviation based on array phototransistors was proposed and designed,which could be used to achieve quantitative detection for belt deviation effectively. In the system,array phototransistors were applied as the detector element,STC microcontroller was used as the low machine's processing core,and PC interactive interface was developed using VB,RS485 bus was used to realize communica-tion between the upper and low machine.
