准对称铣削定子内螺旋曲面切削力预测与仿真

摘要 针对定尺寸盘形铣刀准对称铣削螺杆定子内螺旋面的切削方法,建立了铣削加工的几何模型,根据塑性理论推导出切削力预测的计算公式。采用有限元方法对切削过程进行了建模仿真。在相同切削参数下,对仿真结果和预测公式计算结果进行比较,为机床传动机构设计和切削参数优化提供了数据支持。 For fixed size disk milling cutter quasi-symmetric milling method of screw stator's inner helicoid,geometric model of the cutting was studied and the force prediction formula was derived according to the plasticity theory. The finite element modeling and simulation for the cutting process were studied. In the condition with the same cutting parameters,simulation results and the prediction calculation results were compared. It provides data support for the design of transmission mechanism and the optimization of cutting pa-rameters.
