摘要 再制造技术对于构建节能社会、实现可持续发展的目标具有重要的意义。清洗作为再制造工艺的重要环节,对再制造产品的性能分析、表面检测、再制造加工及装配具有直接的影响。在介绍清洗过程所针对的主要对象的基础上,分类研究了当前适用于再制造过程的清洗方法和清洗技术,并展望了未来的发展趋势。 Remanufacture engineering plays an important role in the construction of energy-saving society and the achievement of sustainable development. As an important part of the remanufacturing process,cleaning has a direct impact on the performance analy-sis,surface inspection,machining and assembly of remanufactured products. The main cleaning technologies and methods for remanu-facturing procedure were researched on the basis of introducing the main objects of remanufacturing stages,and its future development trend was prospected.
