摘要
大尺度光学玻璃应用广泛,要求特殊。分析大尺度光玻璃加工工艺,说明离散粒子抛光是大尺度光学玻璃精密加工的关键工序。介绍各种离散粒子抛光方法内涵、发展过程与趋势,从加工精度、质量、效率角度进行重点评述。阐述目前正在研究的可控式磨料流体抛光原理、实现形式及现状,表明可控式磨料流体抛光是一种值得关注的离散粒子抛光方法。
Large-scale optical glasses are widely used and have special requirements. Analysis of large-scale optical glass machi-ning showed that discrete particle machining was the key process. The conceptions,present research status,development tendency of a variety of discrete particle polishing methods were introduced and their machining accuracy,quality and efficiency were reviewed. The conceptions,equipments,status research of controllable slurry polishing were illustrated and study on it showed that it was a method worth paying attention to.
