辨证分型论治老年糖尿病100例疗效分析

Treated diabetes mellitus of old men based on differentiation

方法：以辨证分型论治对５０例老年糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ）进行治疗，对照组５０例以磺脲类降糖药物治疗。结果：治疗组显效率与总有效率优于对照组（ Ｐ＜０．０５），两组治疗前后空腹与餐后 ２小时血糖指数对比有显著差异（ Ｐ ＜ ０．０１），治疗后两组空腹与餐后２小时血糖指数对比（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：治疗组疗效优于对照组，特别是餐后２小时血糖指数的下降尤为明显，针对老年糖尿病单纯餐后血糖增高的特点，中医辨证分型治疗显示出优势。

Methods Treated diabetes mellitus of old men 50 cases based on differentiation while set control group 50 cases treated with sulfonylurea. Results: The results showed that the rate of producing effect and total effective rate of treatment group were obviously higher than those of control group (P<0.05). The blood glucose index comparisons on an empty stomach and two hours after meal of two groups were significantly different (P <0.01). The blood glucose index comparisons on an empty stomach and two hours after meal of two groups after treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusion: indicated that the treatment group was superior to control group, especially in lowering blood glucose index of two hours after meal. To counter diabetic characteristic of old age that simple blood glucose after meal rises. The treatment based on differentiation demonstrated superiority.
