脑脊液置换配合大黄治疗蛛网膜下腔出血应用研究

Clinical study on CSF replacement and rhubard in treating subarachnoid hemorrhage

目的：探讨脑脊液（ＣＳＦ）置换配合大黄治疗蛛网膜下腔出血（ＳＡＨ）患者疗效。方法：通过不同次数脑脊液置换配合大黄治疗观察疗效。结果：两组患者在缓解头痛、缩短颅内积血吸收时间、降低再发率、死亡率、并发症等方面有十分显著的差异。结论：脑脊液置换配合大黄治疗蛛网膜下腔出血具有极高的临床应用价值。

Objective It is to probe into the curative effect of CSF replacement and rhubard in treating subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods: The curative effect was observed after some times CSF replacement and rhubard treatment. Results: These was significant difference at relieving headache absorbing accumucated blood in the brain, reducing the rate of reoccurrence, death and complication in two group. Conclusion:CSF replacement and rhubarb treatment have extreme high clinical practice val- ne in subrachnoid hemorrhage.
