With the continuous advance of integration of three networks ,relying on radio and television EPON network , building a safe city public security monitoring system is a new value-added service of radio and tele-vision network .This paper introduces the construction scheme and application of safe city project in Yixing City radio and television network , and a brief analysis of monitoring network IP address planning and VLAN divi-sion.
