脾统血概念内涵初探

Study of Connotation of Spleen Controlling Blood

脾为后天之本,气血生化之源。本文在分析脾气本质的基础上,从中医整体观念出发,认识其脾统血本质,明确其内涵。传统观点认为脾统血主要为脾气统血,是通过气摄血而实现的,实际上是气对血的统摄作用,又因脾有化生血液之功而间接统血。笔者通过对脾气概念分析,得出脾气为脾生理活动的基础,脾统血是自身生理功能的体现,又是通过脾自身气所化之气(营气,中气,脾阴,脾阳)来统摄血液。脾所化之气既能通过化生血液而统血,又发挥其自身特性来统摄血液的。其体现了中医整体观念,为临床辨证论治提供恰当的理论依据。

The spleen being the foundation of acquired constitution as well as the source of generating Qi and blood. Based on the analysis of the essence of spleen Qi, starting from the whole concept of traditional Chinese medicine, the spleen blood essence is clear. The traditional view is that the spleen controlling blood is mainly spleen Qi controlling blood. In fact it is Qi controlling blood. Through the analysis of the connotation of the concept of spleen Qi,it is believed Qi is the base of spleen physiological ac- tivity, and the spleen controlling blood is its physiological function. The spleen Qi can not only promote blood but also control blood. The embodiment of the whole concept of traditional Chinese medicine provides appropriate theoretical basis for the clinical syndrome differentiation.
