益气助脉方治疗缓慢性心律失常的临床研究

Clinical Study of Yiqi Zhumai Prescription in Treatment of Slow Arrhythmia

目的:评价益气助脉方治疗缓慢性心律失常的疗效和安全性。方法:采用随机双盲、安慰剂对照的试验方法,120例受试者按照1:2的比例随机分为试验组80例和对照组40例,试验组服用益气助脉方,对照组服用安慰剂,疗程均为4周。结果:试验组疾病疗效为76.92%,对照组为20.59%,试验组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组临床症状疗效为91.03%,对照组为17.65%,试验组疗效亦优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气助脉方治疗缓慢性心律失常安全有效,是治疗缓慢性心律失常的良药。

Objective：To evaluate the efficiency and safety of Yiqi Zhumai prescription in the treatment of slow arrhythmia. Methods ：Taking the treatment method of random ,double- blind and controlled by placebo, 120 subjects were divided into treat- ment group（ n = 80）and control group（ n = 40）by the ratio of 1：2 randomly. The treatment group objects took Yiqi Zhumai pre- scription, and another group objects took placebo. The treatment course was both 4 weeks. Results ： The disease efficiency of treat- ment group was 76.92% ,and the other group was 20.59%. Treatment group was superior to control group（P 〈0. 05）. The clini- cal symptoms efficiency of treatment group was 91.03%, and the other was 17.65%. Treatment group was superior to control group too（P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：It is safe and efficient of Yiqi Zhumai prescription treating slow arrhythmia, and it is a good medicine.
