正交试验优选桑白皮总黄酮的最佳提取工艺

Optimization of Technology by Orthogonal Test for Extracting Total Flavonoids from Mori Cortex

目的:优选桑白皮总黄酮的最佳提物工艺。方法:在单因素试验的基础上,以桑白皮总黄酮的收率为指标,采用正交试验法优选桑白皮总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件。结果:最佳提取工艺为:90%乙醇、恒定温度95℃、料液比为1∶25、提取3次,每次3 h。总黄酮的收率为2.452%。结论:此提取法可用于桑白皮总黄酮的提取,其中提取溶剂的浓度对总黄酮的提取影响较大。

Objective ：To optimize the technology for extracting total flavonoids from the Mori cortex. Methods：on the basis of single factor tests, the yield of total flavonoids was used as indicator to optimize the extracting technology of total flavonoids by or- thogonal test. Results ：The optimal extracting technology was as follows：with 25 times 90% EtOH -H20, extracting 3 times at 95℃ for 3 hours. By this technology, the extract rate of total flavonoids was 2.452 %. Conclusion：This method can be applied to the extraction of total flavonoids from the Mori cortex. The extracting solvent concentrations show objective effects.
