针药结合康复治疗外伤性脊髓损伤水平以下肌力恢复20例

Recovery of Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Treatment of 20 Cases of Muscle Strength below Traumatic Spinal Cord Injury

目的:观察运用中药针灸结合针对脊髓外伤康复治疗的临床疗效。方法:将2012年1月1日—12月30日本院住院病例40例随机分为两组,治疗组20例采用中医辨证论治,针灸中药结合治疗。对照组采用神经节甘酯40 mg,加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL中静滴,1次/d。治疗3个月后评价疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为55%,对照组为25%,两组间差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),针药结合治疗明显优于对照组。结论:中药针灸结合参与脊髓外伤的康复治疗大有作为。

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine for spi- nal cord injury rehabilitation. Methods ： From January 1 2012 to December 30 2012 in our hospital ,40 cases were randomly divided into two groups. 20 cases of the treatment group were made syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, and given ac- upuncture and Chinese medicine treatment. The control group used ganglion monoglyceride 40 rag, adding 5% glucose injection 250 mL by intravenous drip, once a day. Evaluation of curative effect was carried on after treatment for 3 months. Results ： The ef- fective rate of treatment group was 55% ,and that of the control group was 25%. There was statistically significant difference be- tween two groups（ P 〈0.05 ）. The treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with reha- bilitation therapy has obvious effect on recovery of spinal cord injuries.
