摘要
蜗杆副建模及其接触线特性分析对于蜗杆副传动研究具有重要意义。首先,以齿轮空间啮合原理为基础,通过Matlab软件编程建立双导程ZN蜗杆的齿面数学模型,通过数值计算方法,求解其接触线方程。然后,分析了双导程ZN蜗杆的模数,压力角,齿厚增量系数的数值变化对其接触线形态的影响。最后总结所得规律,合理的选择蜗杆参数,增大参与蜗杆副啮合的接触线长度,从而降低齿面载荷,减小磨损,提高蜗杆副的精度保持性,为双导程ZN蜗杆的强度、承载能力以及润滑磨损分析计算奠定基础。
Solid-modeling of double pitch ZN-type worm gears and the analysis of contact line' s nature is important for worm gearing study. Firstly, the mathematical model of double pitch ZN-type worm is estab- lished through the Matlab programming based on the meshing theory. And then deduces the mathematical e- quations of the contact line. Secondly, analysis the of the double pitch ZN-type worm module,pressure an- gle, tooth thickness increment coefficient changes in value of the contact line shape. Finally, according to the laws, the worm parameters are selected reasonable to increase the length of contact line, thereby reduc- ing tooth surface load and surface wear to improve the precision preserve of worm gear. Lay the foundation for the analysis of strength, bearing capacity, lubrication of double pitch ZN-type worm.
