摘要
随着嵌入式技术的发展,数控机床作为高新技术产业不可缺少的基础装备,也开始关注嵌入式微处理器。嵌入式数控系统为开发新一代开放式数控系统提供了新的解决方案。目前,对嵌入式数控系统的研究刚刚起步,有许多关键技术需要解决,其中包括嵌入式实时操作系统的构建。文章提出一种基于ARM微处理器S3C2440和RTAI的嵌入式系统实时平台设计方案。在以S3C2440为硬件平台的嵌入式Linux系统中实现RTAI实时系统,再对该平台进行性能测试和分析,验证其符合系统的实时性要求。
With the development of embedded technology, CNC machine tools as the basic equipment indis- pensable for high-tech industries began to focus on the embedded microprocessor. Embedded CNC provides a new solution for the development of the new generation of open CNC system. At present, the research on the embedded CNC system has just started, there are a number of key technologies need to be addressed, in- cluding the construction of an embedded real-time operating system. This paper presents a design of the real- time platform for embedded system based on S3C2440 and RTAI. First, implementing a RTAI real-time platform in the embedded Linux system based on S3C2440. Finally, verifying that the platform meets the re- al-time requirements of CNC system by analyzing and testing the real-time performance of the system.
