滚动直线导轨副静刚度试验装置设计及试验方案研究 被引量:11

摘要 滚动直线导轨副的静刚度直接影响数控机床的加工精度及性能。采用驱动伺服电机带动梯形丝杠对导轨副加载的方案,设计了一种导轨副静刚度试验装置,通过更换装夹组件测量垂直、倾斜、俯仰及偏摆静刚度,在此基础上对滚动直线导轨副的静刚度试验方案进行了研究。结果表明,采用该试验装置,根据所需测量静刚度种类的不同,安装合适夹具、确定载荷方向、合理布置测点位置进行试验能够得到不同系列导轨副的垂直、倾斜、俯仰及偏摆静刚度曲线,试验步骤简便、测量结果准确、精度较高,能够较好的完成导轨副静刚度试验的需要。 The static stiffness of linear motion guide has a direct influence on processing precision and func- tion of CNC. It adopts a program of loading on linear motion guide by driving servo motor and trapezoidal screw to design testing equipment for static stiffness. The equipment measure the vertical, bias, pitching and deflecting static stiffness by changing the clamping component. On this base, it studies the test method for static stiffness of linear motion guide. The result shows that it is able to get the vertical, bias, pitching and deflecting curves of the static stiffness for different series of linear motion guide by installing the appropriate fixture, confirming the loading direction and reasonable layout of measure points. It has advantages of the simple test procedure, accurate measuring result and high precision and can meet the demand of test for static stiffness of linear motion guide.
