摘要 2/3头单螺杆泵的型芯由于在生产中要考虑收缩率等原因,其加工型线与理论型线会有所不同。为了使得由理论型线离散化并调整后的坐标点能够方便的用于螺杆加工CAM软件编制并求得刀具轨迹,同时还要避免多项式高次插值出现Runge现象,提出使用分段的Newton插值法来拟合截面曲线。以分段的Newton插值法为内核编写简易CAM软件,并使用该CAM软件进行加工实验,验证了该方法的适用性。 The shape of the core rod of 2/3 screw pump alters from theoretical curve because contraction per- centage must be considered in manufacture process. To enable point coordinate discretized from theoretical curve to be used in CAM software progressing and obtaining cutting atack simplicity, and to avoid Runge phe- nomenon in high-ordermoment fitting, Segmented Newton Interpolation can be adopted in to achieve screw sec- tion curve. Making software use Segmented Newton Interpolation in VB, through processing test with the CAM,it is aproved that this method is able to provide support for the CAM algorithm and software development.
