摘要
波纹弹簧作为基础弹性元件,常用于航天电连接器结构中,起到防松预紧的作用。通过理论分析、实验测试和有限元分析对波纹弹簧的性能进行研究。结果表明,有限元分析可以作为波纹弹簧一种有效的设计方法。通过分析得到波纹弹簧的刚度与弹簧的厚度和波数为幂函数关系,弹簧的刚度与弹簧的外内径比值成二次函数关系,以上这些参数对弹簧刚度有不同程度的影响。同时,波纹弹簧工作时的接触摩擦系数对弹簧工作时的实际刚度存在一定的影响,摩擦系数越大弹簧工作时压缩量的滞后性越明显。通过以上分析为波纹弹簧的设计及弹簧参数的选择提供一定的理论指导。
As the basis elastic element, wave spring is commonly used in the structure of space electric connector, which plays a role in locking and preloading. Through theoretical analysis, experimental test and finite element analysis to study the wave spring performance. Results show that the finite element a- nalysis is an effective method to design the wave spring. Obtaining that the spring stiffness relationship with the spring thickness and waveform numbers is power function, the stiffness relationship with the ratio of outer diameter and inner diameter is quadratic function, the above spring structure have different degrees of influence on spring structure. At the same time, the spring contact friction coefficient has a certain influence on the spring actual stiffness in the spring working process, the larger friction co- efficient makes the hysteretic nature of the spring compression more obviously. Through the above a- nalysis providing a certain theoretical guidance for the wave spring design and structure parameters selection.
