摘要
分析了陈四楼煤矿瓦斯异常区的成因,提出了工作面在瓦斯异常区回采时的瓦斯综合治理技术措施,即通过工作面风量控制及系统管理、瓦斯抽采及排放和上隅角瓦斯治理技术降低瓦斯涌出量和上隅角瓦斯浓度.应用实践表明,采取综合治理技术措施后,工作面瓦斯涌出量由5 m3/min降至1.5 ~ 2.5 m3/min,上隅角瓦斯浓度由0.5%降至0.1% ~0.2%,有效保证了矿井安全生产.
This paper investigated the cause of gas abnormal area in Chensilou Coal Mine, comprehensive gas control technology was put forward in coal winning of gas abnormal regions on working face, several countermeasures, such as control of the air flow and measure- ment for ventilation system,drainage or emission of gas using borehole,and gas control measurements at the upper corners,were used to reduce the gas emission in coal face and the methane concentration at upper angle of face. The application of above techniques showed that the emission in coal face was decreased from 5 m3/min to 1.5 ~ 2.5 m3/min,and the methane concentration in upper corner was decreased from 0.5% to 0.1% -0.2% ,which effectively ensure mine safety.
