普米克改善哮喘儿童肺功能的作用

The improvement on lung function in inhaled Budesonide in children with asthma

目的：探讨普米克改善哮喘儿童肺功能的疗效。方法：用普米克治疗１８ Ｎ轻、中度１４～１８岁小儿支气管哮喘。 结果：治疗 １月后肺功能明显改善， ＦＶＣ由治疗前（３．４１±０．８６）Ｌ／ｓ提高到治疗后（３．８４±０，６５）Ｌ／ｓ， ＦＥ１由治疗前（２．３８±０．４７）Ｌ／ｓ提高到治疗后（３．２１±０．６１）Ｌ／ｓ， ＰＦＶＣ由治疗前（６８．７±９．２５）％提高到治疗后（８３．６±１０．１１）％， ＰＦＥＶ１由治疗前（７０． ｌ±７． ３６）％提高到治疗后（８２． ３±９． ９８）％，有显著意义（ Ｐ ＜０． ０１），组胺激发试验，由治疗前（２． ９７±１． ３６）ｕｍｏｌ增至治疗后（７．５８±１，４３）ｕｍｏｌ，显著降低支气管高反应性。结论：短期普米克治疗能显著改善肺功能。

Obkctive:It is to discuss the effect of Budesonide improvement on the lung function in children with asthma. Methods: Eighteen children (at the ages of 14-18 years)with mild and moderate asthma were with Budesonide. Results: After 4 weeks, the lung function was significantly improved. There were significant difference in results of the lung function tests performed before and 4 weeks after Budesonide inhalation. FVC was from (3. 41 ±0. 86)L/s to (3. 84± 0. 65)L/s, FEV1 was from (2. 38 ± 0. 47)L/s to (3. 21 ± 0. 61)L/s, PFVC was from (68. 7± 9. 25) % to (83. 6 ± 10. 11 ) %, PFEV1 was from (70. 1 ± 7. 36) % to (82. 3± 9. 98) %, PD20 was significantly improved from (2. 97±1. 36)umol to (7. 58t±1. 43)umol. BHR was reduced to a lower rank. Conclusion:Inhaled Budesonide in short-term can significantly improve the lung function.
