摘要
目的:探讨普米克改善哮喘儿童肺功能的疗效。方法:用普米克治疗18 N轻、中度14~18岁小儿支气管哮喘。 结果:治疗 1月后肺功能明显改善, FVC由治疗前(3.41±0.86)L/s提高到治疗后(3.84±0,65)L/s, FE1由治疗前(2.38±0.47)L/s提高到治疗后(3.21±0.61)L/s, PFVC由治疗前(68.7±9.25)%提高到治疗后(83.6±10.11)%, PFEV1由治疗前(70. l±7. 36)%提高到治疗后(82. 3±9. 98)%,有显著意义( P <0. 01),组胺激发试验,由治疗前(2. 97±1. 36)umol增至治疗后(7.58±1,43)umol,显著降低支气管高反应性。结论:短期普米克治疗能显著改善肺功能。
Obkctive:It is to discuss the effect of Budesonide improvement on the lung function in children with asthma. Methods: Eighteen children (at the ages of 14-18 years)with mild and moderate asthma were with Budesonide. Results: After 4 weeks, the lung function was significantly improved. There were significant difference in results of the lung function tests performed before and 4 weeks after Budesonide inhalation. FVC was from (3. 41 ±0. 86)L/s to (3. 84± 0. 65)L/s, FEV1 was from (2. 38 ± 0. 47)L/s to (3. 21 ± 0. 61)L/s, PFVC was from (68. 7± 9. 25) % to (83. 6 ± 10. 11 ) %, PFEV1 was from (70. 1 ± 7. 36) % to (82. 3± 9. 98) %, PD20 was significantly improved from (2. 97±1. 36)umol to (7. 58t±1. 43)umol. BHR was reduced to a lower rank. Conclusion:Inhaled Budesonide in short-term can significantly improve the lung function.
