复方丹参合血栓通治疗脑动脉硬化眩晕症76例

Clinical observation of taking Fufang Danshen Injection plus Xueshuan Tong to treat cerebral arteriosclerosis vertigo symptom of 76 cases

目的：观察复方丹参注射液合血栓通注射液治疗脑动脉硬化眩晕症的疗效。方法：选择脑动脉硬化眩晕症患者１２６例，随机分为治疗组７６例，用复方舟参注射液合血栓通注射液治疗，对照组５０例单用血栓通注射液。结果。治疗组总有效率为９７．４％，显效率为６４．５％，对照组总有效率为９０％，显效率为３０％，经统计学处理，两组总有效率比较，无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），显效率比较有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：复方丹参注射液合血栓通注射液治疗脑动脉硬化脑晕症疗效优于单用血栓通注射液。

Objective: It is to observe the clinical effects of treating cerebral arteriosclerosis vertigo symptom with Fufang Denshen Injection plus Xueshuan Tong. Methods: 126 patients with cerebral arteriosclersis vertigo symptom were selected. They were randomly assigned into group A(tested group, 76 cases)and group B(control group, 50 cases). Group A were treated with Fufang Danshen Injection plus Xueshuang Tong and group B were treated with only Xueshang Tong Injection. Results: The effective rate is 97. 4% and manifest effective rate is 64. 5% in group A. The effective rate is 90% and manifest effective rate is 30% in group B. After processed with statistics and compare two groups, the effective rate is no imparity (P>0. 05) but manifest effective rate is more variance (P<0. 01 ). Conclusion: Taking Fufang Danshen Injection plus Xueshuan Tong to treat cerebral arteriosclerosis vertigo symptom is better than using Xueshuan Tong Injection only.
