摘要
文中设计以AT89C51单片机为整个控制系统的核心,外加温度检测电路、键盘及显示电路和越线报警电路等。采用DS18B20数字温度传感器对温度进行采样,通过固态继电器做加热和制冷的开关器件,采用行列式的键盘和动态显示的方式,将采集到的温度显示在数码管上。此人性化的行列式键盘设计使设置温度更为简单快速,两位整数一位小数的显示方式具有更高的显示精度,建立在PID控制理论上的控制算法,使控制精度完全能满足一般社会生产的要求。
The design based on AT89C51 microcontroller,has the temperature detection, display circuit and the line alarm circuit. DS18B20 digital temperature sensor collects temperature samples, solid-state relay switching device for heating and cooling, then display the temperature on the LED, using the determinant of the keyboard and dynamic display mode, the design of the keyboard makes it is easy and quick to set the temperature with two integer and higher precision. Based on PID control theory, the precision can meet the general requirements of social production.
