Research on Offices of the Post Station System in the Han Dynasty

汉代邮驿职官可简单分为五类:一是置系统的职官;二是传系统的职官;三是邮系统的职官;四是驿系统的职官;五是政府机构中特设的,不属于上述四类的邮驿职官。这些出土资料所见而文献所遗的邮驿职官能够让我们对汉代的邮驿组织建制有相对清晰的认识,可补史阙。

Excavated materials show that officers in the Han post stations system can be roughly divided into five categories. The offices recorded in excavated materials but left out by historical literature offer us a clear understanding of the institutions and organizations of the post station system of the Han period and can fill a void in historical records.
