摘要
《劳动合同法》实施五年多来,其积极作用逐渐显现,但也存在矛盾与问题。加强对《劳动合同法》及相关条例的宣传与普及教育、强化劳动行政部门的服务与监督功能、提升与培育劳动者的法律意识、企业建立规范的规章制度等都会对《劳动合同法》的实施产生积极影响。
The Labor Contract Law has been effective for over five years and its positive role is increasingly obvious,but there are also some contradictions and problems in its implementation. Strengthening the publicity and popularization of the law and related rules and regulations,improving the service and supervision functions of labor authorities,enhancing and cultivating the legal awareness of workers,and instituting implementation rules and regulations on the part of enterprises will positively contribute to the smooth implementation of the law.
