文章详细介绍了N-甲基吡咯烷酮生产中杂质的主要种类和成分,分别温度、压力、胺比、停留时间对杂质生成的因素进行了分析,并提出了优化处理方法,对企业产品升级,提供了基础数据和实验依据。
The main species and contents of impurities in N- methyl pyrrolidone (NMP) production was introduced in this paper. The formations of impurities were analyzed from temperature, pressure, amine ratio, retention time respectively. The optimization processing method was put forward at last. It was provided basic data and experimental basis for upgrading of enterprise products.
