普通师范院校产学结合培养基于工程实践能力的应用型化工人才研究

摘要 随着高等教育改革的不断深入,一些普通师范院校由传统的师范院校向现代化综合大学转型,相继开设了非师范化工专业。然而,普通师范院校化工专业人才培养所需的实践教育资源条件建设存在诸多困难。本文对普通师范院校化工专业工程实践教学过程中存在的问题进行了分析,并从化工专业人才培养体系、校外实践基地、企业合作化入驻校园工程实践中心及"双师型"教师队伍等方面讨论了产学结合培养基于工程实践能力的应用型化工人才。 With the deepening reforms of higher education, some normal universities have been transited to modem university, and have been opened non-teacher education with specialty of chemical engineering. However, there are many practical difficulties in the construction of educational resource conditions required for chemical professional training in normal universities. In this paper, problems in the teaching process of chemical engineering were analyzed. To developing application-oriented chemical industry talent, the cooperative education of production was discussed, such as chemical engineering training system, off-campus practice base, co-operative enterprises settled in the center of campus engineering practice and double-qualified teachers, etc.
