摘要
"卓越计划"是国家教育部旨在以"行业需求为主线、工程实际为背景、工程技术为主线"的模式下培养一大批具有创新能力和各行业高水平的工程技术人才。文章在该背景下,以环境工程专业"应用研究型"研究生为例,分析了目前学校培养卓越工程师所存在的关键性问题,并提出了合理化建议,以期减小现在企业的需求与学校的培养教育之间存在的偏差,解决社会上出现了"企业缺乏人才,大学生就业困难"的现象。
