摘要
目的 探讨水蛭素对外伤性增生性玻璃体视网膜病变 (proliferativvitreoretinopathy,PVR)细胞外基质形成的影响。方法 制造穿孔性眼外伤的动物模型 ,将水蛭素 0 1ml(1 0单位 )注入兔玻璃体腔内 ,对照组注入 0 1ml生理盐水 ,用放射免疫法测定玻璃体腔内层粘连蛋白 (Laminin,LN)和Ⅳ型胶原 (Ⅳcollagen,ⅣC)的含量。结果 在外伤后 1周水蛭素组与对照组比较LN和ⅣC含量下降 (P <0 0 5 )。
OBJECTRIE To study effect of hirudin for extracellular matrix in experimental traumatic proliferative vitreoretinopathy. METHODS An experimental traumatic eyes was created .Solution hirudin 0 1ml(10u) injected into vitreous cavity in the hirudin group, and same normal saline was injected in the control group. Content of laminin and Ⅳcollagen from the vitreous were determined with radioimmunoarsay among period of one week. RESULTS Compared with control group, the content of laminin and Ⅳcollagen was decreased in the hirudin group. CONCLUSION Hirudin could inhibit extracellular matrix in experimental traumatic vitreoretinopathy.
