摘要
盐城师范学院实施的学生教学信息员制度,已在普及教学质量意识、提供教学管理决策依据、促进良好教风和学风的形成等方面取得一定成效;该制度运行过程中也存在着思想认识不统一、信息质量待提高、信息反馈系统不完善等问题,提出统一思想认识、系统培训学生信息员、优化奖励约束机制、完善信息反馈系统等优化学生教学信息员制度的措施。
The participation of students in teaching management is conducive to further perfect the teaching quality monitoring system, to motivate the students, to promote the teaching reform, and to constantly improve the quality of education and teaching. Taking the practice of student information member system in Yancheng Teachers University as an example, the paper explores the achievements and existing problems of the system, aiming to optimize the student information system for better teaching strategies.
