1985年至2012年在我国申请的抗癌药物专利情报分析

Analysis of Patent Information of the Anticancer Drugs Approved in China during 1985-2012

目的分析在我国申请的抗癌药物的专利信息。方法通过中国知识产权网专利信息服务平台,检索1985年至2012年在我国申请的抗癌药物专利信息,并将其按专利申请数量、区域分布数量及主要申请人进行统计、分析。结果共检索到专利17 065件;1985年至1992年的年申请数量均在100件以内,1993年至2008年由199件上升至1 736件,2009年至2012年由1 598件下降至435件;申请国别以美国最多(2 811件),我国省(市、区)以上海最多(1 606件);申请数量100件及以上的主要申请人,国外5个,国内6个,且主要为企业和高校。结论经济实力和技术创新是影响新药研发的重要因素,国内应继续重视抗癌药物的专利申请。

Objective To analyze the patent information of the anticancer drugs approved in China. Methods Through the database of ＂Platform of Patent Information Services of China Intellectual Property＂, the Patent Information of the Anticancer Drugs Approved in China during 1985-2012 was retrieved, and analyzed statistically according to the number of patent applications,regional distributions and main applicants. Results The results show 17 065 patents. During 1985-1992,there are within 100 applications per year, the number of applications increase from 199 to 1 736 during 1993-2008 while decrease from 1 598 to 435 during 2009- 2012. Most of applications are submitted by USA（2 811 pieces）,in China most of applications are submitted by Shanghai（1 606 pieces）.The main applicants with the number of 100 and above applications consist of five foreign applicants and six domestic applicants, and mainly were the enterprises and colleges. Conclusions Economic strength and technological innovation is an important factor influencing drug development, and China should continue to pay attention to an application for a patent for antieaneer drugs.
