高效液相色谱法测定延肾胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量

Determination of Icariin in Yanshen Capsules by HPLC

目的 建立测定延肾胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量的高效液相色谱法.方法 采用Hypersil ODS色谱柱（4.6mm×150 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-水（25∶75）,检测波长为270 nm,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温25℃.结果 淫羊藿苷质量浓度在12.0 ～ 28.0 μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r =0.999 8（n=5）;平均回收率为99.50％,RSD=1.38％ （n =6）.结论 该方法重现性好、简便易行,可用于延肾胶囊的质量控制.

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the icariin content in Yanshen Capsules.Methods The Hypersil ODS column （150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（25∶75）,the detection wavelength was 270 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature was 25℃.Results The linear range of paeoniflorin was 12.0～28.0 μg/mL,r=0.999 8（n=5）.The average recovery rate was 99.50%,RSD 1.38% （n=6）.Conclusion This method has good repeatability and is simple,convenient and easy to operate,which can be used for the quality control of Yanshen Capsules.
