Comprehensive Rehabilitation Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation by Dynamic Interference Current Combined with Ultrashort Wave

目的探讨动态干扰电结合超短波综合康复治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法将100例明确诊断为腰椎间盘突出症的患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组(干扰电结合超短波治疗)和对照组(牵引、超短波治疗),每组50例,记录并比较患者治疗前后的VAS评分、下腰痛的JOA评分及治愈率、显效率和有效率。结果两组患者经康复治疗后,均收到了良好的效果,但治疗组治愈率、总显效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论干扰电结合超短波综合康复治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切,安全性高,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effect of dynamic interference current combined with ultrashort wave in the comprehensive rehabili- tation treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 100 cases of lumbar disc herniation in our hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group（interference power combined with the ultrashort wave therapy） and the control group（traction,ultrashort wave therapy） according to the random number table,50 cases in each group. The VAS scores and the JOA scores of low back pain before and after treatment,cure .rate, significantly effective rate and effective rate were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results The two groups all obtained the better effect after treatment（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The interference current combined with ultrashort wave has the definite effect and high safety in the comprehensive rehabilitation treatment of lumbar disc herniation, which is worth the clini- cal promotion.
