我国高等教育类课题立项的基本状况与特点--基于2001-2011年全国教育科学规划高等教育类课题立项数据量化分析 被引量:18

摘要 通过对2001-2011年全国教育科学规划高等教育类立项课题数据进行量化分析发现:我国高等教育研究呈现方兴未艾态势,立项课题地域分布呈现不均衡与集中化的趋势,东西部地区研究实力差距悬殊;211高校是高等教育研究的主力军,立项课题偏重实际问题研究,且明显受到社会热点问题左右;厦门大学等院校在高等教育类课题立项数量与级别上占领先地位等等。建议国家在课题立项上重视地区差异,尝试区别对待;加强高等教育学科建设方面的课题立项;引导多学科、跨组织的合作研究,研究实力薄弱的科研院所应加强与优势学校的交流与合作等等。 A quantitative analysis of research projects funded by the Chinese Ministry of Education( MOE) from 2001 to 2011 revealed that on the whole,higher education research is prospering,but changes are needed especially with respect to excessive funding for the same few popular research fields and uneven distribution of research projects among schools in different regions. To be more specific,this paper found that( 1) there exists a huge gap in research capacity in higher education institutions in western and eastern China;( 2) universities from State 211 Project are very active in higher education research;( 3) most of the nationally-funded research projects are applied research on certain overheated topics;( 4) a handful of institutions,such as Xiamen University,are leaders in the field of higher education research in China. Therefore,it is advisable for MOE to differentiate between applicants from different regions,pay more attention to theoretical research in higher education,and promote cross-disciplinary,multi-institutional cooperation when selecting which research projects to fund.
