论魏晋南北朝九品中正制与考课制之关系

A Discussion on Connection Between the Nine-rank System and the Merit System in Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern Dynasties

九品中正制与考课制的关系,本质上是门阀制度与皇权政治的关系。魏晋南北朝时期,九品中正制能够起到某种形式的考课作用,对于皇权政治的恢复起了一定的促进作用,而皇权政治的恢复能有效制约地方的分裂倾向,有利于国家的再统一。

The connection between the Nine-rank system and the merit system essentially reflected the linkage between powerful Family System and Imperial Power Politics. In Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties, the Nine-rank Appraisal System played some role of meirt system and improved the recovery of imperial power which not only restricted local division but also benefited re-unity of the country.
