Influence of synchronized traveling performance on motor graders

摘要 针对一类轮边独立驱动的液压传动平地机,在对其偏载工况进行静力学分析的基础上,研究了同步性能对牵引力的影响及原因,给出了无同步功能相对于有同步功能时牵引力损失的边界条件,推导了偏载力大小、作用角度、作用点及前轮转向角等参数与牵引力损失之间的函数关系,并讨论了在边界条件满足的情况下,各参数对牵引力损失的影响趋势。以提高平地机同步性能为目标,提出了基于液压同步装置的解决方案。研究结果表明:前轮转向角、等效驱动轮中心到外负载垂直方向分量的距离及负载力对牵引力损失呈单调递增影响;偏载合力与竖直方向的夹角对牵引力损失呈单调递减影响;平地机施工时偏载力与竖直方向的夹角一般小于45°,在没有同步功能的情况下,边界条件易于满足,即在较大范围的偏载作业工况下,牵引力都存在一定损失,实际作业效率降低。 Aimed at one type of wheel-independent driven motor grader, the impact and causes of the synchronized traveling performance to the traction force were analyzed based on static analysis of offset load. The boundary conditions of the traction force loss without synchronization function compared with that with synchronization function were determined. The relationship functions between the traction force loss and the offset load, the acting angle, the acting point of the offset load and the steering angle of the front wheel were derived. The impact of the parameters on the traction force loss was explored with the boundary conditions satisfied. In order to improve the synchronized traveling performance of the wheel-independent driven motor grader, synchronization scheme based on hydraulic devices were de- vised. The results show that the parameters influencing the traction force loss in a monotone increasing trend include steering angle of the front wheel, distance from the equivalent driving wheel centre to the load vertical component and the load itself, while the intersection angle of the resultant force of the offset load to vertical direction has a monotone decreasing impact. The angle between the offset load and the vertical direction is generally less than 45° when the motor grader works. If the machine lacks synchroni- zation function, the boundary conditions are easy to be satisfied. Therefore under the offset load in a wide range, there will be traction force loss which will result in a reduction of operating efficiency. 11 figs, 10 refs.
