Hp感染与十二指肠溃疡复发及再出血关系的研究

Study on Helicobacter pylori infection in relation with recurrence and rebleeding of duodenal ulcer

目的 探索Hp感染与十二指肠溃疡复发及再出血的关系。方法 对 5 8例已治愈并清除Hp感染的十二指肠溃疡患者进行跟踪 ,症状复发者及时做胃镜检查和Hp检测。结果 2年内十二指肠溃疡复发率 77 6% (45 /5 8例 ) ,其中Hp+ 86 7% (3 9/45例 ) ,Hp-13 3 % (6/45例 ) ,P <0 0 1;溃疡合并再出血 18例 ,占 40 % ,其中Hp+ 94 4% ,Hp-5 6% ,P <0 0 1。结论 Hp感染是十二指肠溃疡复发及再出血的重要因素。

Aim To study the relationship between Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection and the recurrence or rebleeding of duodenal ulcer.Method Fifty-eight patients with cured and Hp eradicated duodenal ulcer were followed up.As soon as the symptom recurred,the patient was operated gastroscopy and Hp test.Result Forty-five of 58 duodenal ulcer patients recurrent within two years,and the recurrent rate was 77.6%.Of the recurrent ulcer,39 cases were Hp positive(86.7%) and 6 cases were Hp negative(13,3%) (P<0.01).Rebleeding rate of duodenal ulcer was 40%(18/45).Of rebleeding duodenal ulcer,94.4% were Hp positive and 5.6% were Hp negative (P<0.01).Conclusion Hp infection is one important factor in recurrence and rebleeding of duodenal ulcer.
