摘要
运用案例研究法剖析了华为公司再造产品集成开发流程的实施过程,深入探讨了华为公司引入国际化管理制度与植入企业精神文化新理念的具体过程和逻辑关系,揭示了创新制度管理对于提升企业精神文化建设的作用机理,为我国企业的文化建设提供了相关的参考依据。
By means of the case study method, the implementation process of Huawei Company remanu- facturing the integrated product development flow is analyzed, followed by the discussion about the concrete process and logic relation of introducing international system and implanting the new concept of enterprise spir- itual culture in Huawei Company. Then, the effect mechanism of innovative system management on the im- provement of enterprise spiritual culture construction is revealed so as to offer some relevant reference basis to the culture construction of enterprises in China.
