摘要
煤层气开发在我国处于起步阶段,其生产开发企业在发展壮大过程中,知识型人才的管理对企业成长关系重大。在分析煤层气开发特点的基础上,讨论了煤层气开发企业人力资源管理中知识型人才管理的特点和存在问题,并提出了一系列对策和建议。
The development of coal - bed methane in our country is in its beginning, and the manage- ment for knowledge - based talents is very important in the growth process of the production enterprises. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of coal - bed methane development, the paper discusses the characteris- tics and existing problems of the management for knowledge - based talents in the human resources manage- ment of the coal - bed methane production enterprises, and thus presents a series of countermeasures and sug- gestions.
