西部民族地区生态产品生产能力研究——以云南为例

On the Capacity of Ecological Production in China's Western Ethnic Areas:a Case Study of Yunnan Province

云南是西部民族地区的典型,其生态产品生产能力现状与存在问题可以从两个角度进行分析,第一类生态产品属于其传统强项,需要强化其竞争优势。第二类生态产品中的农林产品过分依赖第一类生态产品,而工业品的生态设计缺乏起跳点。最后提出增强云南生态产品生产能力的若干建议,包括生态保护、消费引导、增加生态认证、试点工业产品的生态设计、开展国际生态交流等。

Yunnan is a representative of the western ethnic areas.Its status and problems in eco-logical production capacity can be analyzed from two aspects.The first kinds of ecological products be-long to its traditional strengths and need to be strengthened in its competitive advantage.The second categories of ecological products are from agriculture and forestry,but those ecological products rely too much on the first category.Meanwhile,the ecological design for industrial products is short of starting points.Finally some suggestions are proposed to enhance production capacity of ecological products in Yunnan,including ecological protection,consumption orientation,ecological certification, ecological design for industrial products,internationally ecological exchange,etc.
