高等师范美术教育人才培养模式之研究与实践——以广西师范学院美术学专业人才培养模式为例 被引量:5

On the Research and Practice of Talent Training Mode of Art Education in Normal Universities—Taking the Talent Training Mode for Fine Arts Major in Guangxi Teachers Education University as Example

摘要 在广西乃至全国关于美术学(美术教育)专业教育教改的研究中,真正从人才培养模式去研究并组织实施的比较少见。广西师范学院美术学(美术教育)专业的"1.5+2.5"人才培养模式,以必修和选修分段教学,即学生入校后前一年半(简称"1.5")为专业基础教学,所开课程主要依据教育部有关美术学课程设置文件规定开设;后二年半(简称"2.5")为专业侧重选修教学。根据培养目标要求,开设了中国画、油画、水彩、书法与篆刻、艺术设计等五个专业侧重方向,既保留了美术教育专业中传统绘画的主导地位,同时也使专业人才培养更直面当前各级学校缺乏设计教学师资人才的现实。在美术教师教育专业人才培养模式的研究中有其创新意义,在八年来的实践中取得了显著成绩与多项的突破,同时引发了新的思考。 It is relatively rare to study and implement the research of educational reform in the maj or of fine arts (art education)from the perspective of talent training mode inGuangxi,even in Chi-na.The “1.5+2.5”talent training mode for fine arts (art education)in Guangxi Teachers’Education-al University is organized into two parts:the compulsory and the elective.In the former part (the first year and a half,1 .5 for short),students will study basic professional courses according to the curricu-lum setting for fine arts maj ors by the Ministry of Education;in the latter part (two year and a half, 2.5 for short),students will learn elective courses according to different majors.Based on the educa-tional obj ectives,five professional courses are offered:Chinese painting,oil painting,watercolor,cal-ligraphy and seal cutting,and art design,which not only reserve the traditional painting’s predomi-nance,but also ensure the professional talent training to satisfy the need of the reality,that is the shortage of the artistic teachers in the schools at all levels.The research of this mode has a significance of innovation,and acquires some significant achievements and breakthroughs in the last eight years;meanwhile,it also leads to some new lines of thinking.
