摘要
本文研究探索"知行研"相结合的职前英语教师教育模式。该模式将教学理论学习(知)、实践运用(行)、研究反思(研)有机结合,能有效地促进职前英语教师专业知识的掌握和语言教学与研究能力的提高,为职后的专业可持续发展奠定坚实的基础。
The paper makes a study on the model of pre-service English teacher education with the integration of knowledge learning,practice and research.The model can better integrate pre-service teachers’knowledge learning,practice and research,effectively promote the mastery of pre-service teachers’professional knowledge,improve the language teaching and research ability,and finally make a solid foundation for their post -service professional development.
