摘要 磁性介孔二氧化硅微球作为一种新型纳米复合材料,广泛应用于众多领域。综述了近年来磁性介孔二氧化硅微球的制备方法,并对其在靶向药物、生物富集与分离、磁热疗、固定化酶等生化领域的应用作了介绍。 As a new type of composite functional materials, magnetic mesoporous silica microspheres has broad application prospects in many areas. The synthetic methods of magnetic mesoporous silica microspheres in recent years were reviewed in this paper,and its applications in biochemical fields, such as targeted drugs, bi ological separation, magnetic hyperthermia and immobilized enzyme were demonstrated.
